Kailin Bauman

Board Member

Kailin works as the Wellness Director at Steinberger Construction and is a member of several community based organizations.

Outside of work, she enjoys coaching cross country, running and weightlifting with her husband.

Kyle Smith

Vice President of the Foundation

Kyle works at Gundrum Funeral Home & Crematory.

In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

Dave Smith

Logansport Parks Board President

Non Voting Board Member

Dave has worked at Small Parts Inc. for 34 years. He spends time coaching youth baseball in Logansport.

In his spare time he loves spending time with

his family of 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren

Janet Fawley

Logansport Parks Administrator

Non voting Board Member

Janet Fawley is the Parks Administrator for the City of Logansport, and has been in this position for a
total of 18 years. Jan’s alma mater is Michigan State University. During Jan’s tenure:

- A formal program to maintain and upgrade our playgrounds has been established
- The golf course now totally operates under the supervision of the Manager, hired by the city.
We’re also able to serve alcoholic beverages at Dykeman Park Golf Course.
- Huston Park was developed and has become one of the most popular parks in the city.
- Reservation & program registration system is now completely online; and
- The trail system has grown from a ½ mile to more than 6 miles within the city.

Lynne Ness

President of the Foundation

Lynne is SVP/Business Development at Security Federal Savings Bank.

When not at work, Lynne enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, acquacise, walking, and yoga!

Phillip Stephenson

Secretary/Treasurer of the Foundation

Phillip is an attorney at Michael & Stephenson. He is particularly interested in natural resource conservation.

For fun, he enjoys spending time in and around water and watching sports.

Rachel Theodore

Board Member

Rachel began working for Logansport Memorial Hospital in 2012.

She is the VP of Physician Network , Workforce Health, and Sports Medicine.

Jake McCord

Board Member

Jake is a native of Logansport, Indiana and Vice President of McCORD’S Do it Best.

McCORD’S has been a part of the

Logansport community since 1935.

Jake is a Past-President of the Logansport Noon Kiwanis Club, and current President of the Purdue Alumni Club of

Cass County.

Jake graduated from Purdue University in 2014 with a degree in Accounting.

Jason Crittendon

Logansport Parks Board Vice President

Jason has been a music teacher for 27 years.

He is an avid car enthusiast, enjoys traveling, is the choir director at his church, and serves as the secretary on his college's alumni association board of directors.
